It’s worthwhile for you to read what my friend Meredith has to say about her ongoing relationship with the Bible. Mine is not exactly the same, but certainly has had it’s fill of both frustrations and celebrations over the years. Given our ongoing conversations and amazingly similar desires for how we might encounter and interpret the Text, we’ve decided that we’re going to explore it together – writing in a tag team fashion on how we understand it…or not.
