Speaking
There are certain things in which mediocrity is not to be endured,
such as poetry, music, painting, public speaking.
(Jean de la Bruyere)
Truth is always exciting. Speak it, then. Life is dull without it.
(Pearl Buck)
I am a speaker.

It’s true: I love to talk. I love to speak. I love to teach. I love to inspire, provoke, initiate, invite, motivate, question, and compel. And it’s not just me talking; I create contexts in and through which great conversation can ensue. Specifically, I present on faith, feminism, telling the truth, living with desire, and innovative, redemptive ways of understanding theology/spirituality.
I have prepared and delivered content to groups from 5-1500. I also create unique presentations for particular needs, environments, and events. And retreats? Love those! Create those! Do those!
Living with integrity means:
Not settling for less than what you know you deserve in your relationships.
Asking for what you want and need from others.
Speaking your truth, even though it might create conflict or tension.
Behaving in ways that are in harmony with your personal values.
Making choices based on what you believe, and not what others believe.

Ronna Detrick is a wise, winsome, and insightful woman. She enters the text of Scripture as if she lived the stories in that day and addresses the matters of the this age with foresight and compassion. She speaks to the heart, to the call of God, and invites us to a dance of joy that troubles complacency and comforts struggle…Let her engage you and you will not come home the same.
