No matter what I’ve let go of where religion is concerned,
I’ve not let go of my faith.
Or maybe it’s that my faith won’t let go of me. 

I have, over the years, found myself hungry for spiritual practice that honors my desire for reflection, connection, and inner guidance as well as my questions and curiosity, even my doubt. Most importantly, I have needed it to honor who I am – distinctly and divinely – as a woman. Let’s be honest: that’s not always so easy to find. 

Soulstice is what I created for myself in response to that hunger.
Now it is available for you.

Soulstice is a collection of my reflections, my thoughts, my questions, my hopes -
all designed to invite you into your own. 
I take you with me – into the stories I love; into my story.

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 7 weeks, you will receive a simple, but rich email that contains everything you need to immediately step into my spiritual practice; one that is meaningful, relevant, and do-able. You can save them, savor them, and use them again and again and/or use these exact days to journey alongside me in real time. Your practice. Your life.  Your choice.  Each email includes:

• A specifically chosen sacred text about a woman – some you have heard, others you’ve forgotten, still more may be brand new – touching your story and your heart as they’ve touched mine; my candid, personal reflection and writing. Get to know these women. They will inspire, challenge, and compel. 

• Exclusive content, not published anywhere else; vulnerable and honest journaling of my own questions, doubts, longings, and hopes.

• Rich, provocative prompts to reflect and/or write on for about 15 minutes a day; a practical and meaningful for-your-eyes-only conversation between you and your heart; maybe even you and God.
